5 Reasons Why You Should Sell on Payhip

Have you ever created artwork and had no place to sell it? In the beginning of my design career I was faced with that exact dilemma. I had a bunch of art pieces and crafts, which I thought were fabulous creations, just sitting around the studio collecting dust. I didn't want to just keep selling to family and friends - even though they were extremely supportive. I wanted to let the world have the chance to own my wonderful creations.

So, I decided to search online to see what companies would allow me to do just that - sell my art to the world. During my research I came across numerous companies that would allow people such as myself to not only sell artwork or crafts, but digital products as well. Etsy, Bonanza, and Storenvy appeared to be in the Top 10 results. At the start up of my design business I decided to go with the well-known website Etsy. I was a regular seller until this year where I have slowly moved on to another platform (That's a different story for another time.)

I'm not one for putting all of my eggs in one basket (As the saying goes), so eventually I joined a host of other websites similar and not so similar to Etsy. Becoming frustrated with the constant changes, I began to look for alternatives to the selling powerhouse of Etsy. That's when I came across a website called  Payhip
Have you heard of it?

Payhip was like a breath of fresh air compared to my other selling platform experiences. Let me tell you why -----

Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Sell on Payhip

1. Unlimited listings
At this time there are no limits on the number of products you can list. Yay!

2. No listing fees
Unlike some websites (I won't say any names), Payhip doesn't charge any fees to list products. As we know, those fees really add up over time.

3. Small flat rate fee
There are no monthly fees or setup charges. You just pay a flat fee of 5% per sale.

4. Easy to promote your products and store
There are a number of ways to promote using Payhip. You can share using social media, attract customers using your own affiliate program, and create email marketing lists just to name a few.

5. Easy to use
Who wants the added on stress of learning how to use yet another website? I know I don't. Payhip's interface is simple, modern and easy to use which makes it perfect for beginners.

- I still use Payhip today and couldn't be happier with my experience.
